Johnsons Volkswagen Liverpool were great because they were so helpful with me. Emma was my salesperson and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She was so lovely and helpful with the car process. As a 21 year old I’ve never done this process before and it couldn’t have been any smoother. I asked Emma if it was possible to fix some stratches on the car before I picked it up and she reassured me it would all be sorted for picking it up which it was. Very good communication, really happy with the experience.
